Recovery Suite

Who uses our Recovery Suite?

Sports People - Anyone training for an event like endurance sports or field sports and want to recover from tough training, events or games. Our recovery suit is designed to accelerate recovery and reduce long-term stress on our bodies. Combined with our on-site or on-line mobility training it's a perfect foil for the wear and tear experienced when training for all types of physical activities.

Chronic Pain Sufferers - Studies have shown that infrared saunas are able to reduce pain even for those suffering from painful conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, chronic headaches, and fibromyalgia. Saunas cause the release of endorphins, opioid-like chemicals that are your body's natural painkillers.
