Twelve or thirteen years ago when we began to train people in our gym at our home we set out with some basic goals. We wanted to genuinely help people using the knowledge we had. We also had a desire and a hunger to learn more about health, movement and how we work. We have consistently added more and more knowledge and experience through additional qualifications and learning. When we think of some of the changes that have occured in the last 100 years it's astonishing where we have come from in such a short period of time. All these changes have given us huge advantages over our ancestors. In areas such as education and travel, the world has become smaller and now everyone has the opportunity to see the world and educate themselves to any level they wish. We are thriving in so many ways that we never did before. Is there a price to pay for change?
